TARGET BIOLOGY and VALIDATION

VENENUM Biodesign conducts target discovery and validation for ourselves as well as for our collaborators using our comprehensive siRNA collection (presently targeting 23,000 human genes), protein-protein interactions through GC/MS analyses, and analyses of human specimens. To date, we have 9 novel drug discovery platforms in UHTS or early Hit to Lead. This includes targets in Immunology/Inflammation, Oncology, Infectious diseases, Cardiovascular disease, and Neuroscience. We envision licensing our drug discovery programs on these novel targets to collaboration partners to complete clinical development.

Drug targets can be directly transferred to our screening group for assay development and UHTS.
