ECLIPS 5.5 MILLION COMPOUND COLLECTION

The ECLiPS 5.5 million compound collection is among the largest collection of small, drug-like molecules designed by medicinal and computattional chemists. As new target classes are addressed, the collection is enhanced with new chemistry. Currently, we are adding compound libraries to address protein-protein interactions and protein-DNA interactions. Adding such ‘focused libraries’ allows constant updating of the collection.
